Since last Thursday yahoo mail has been down for me. It refuses POP password authentication, and webmail displays this message. I’ve submitted 5 or more support requests via the link in their message. There doesn’t seem to be any other support vehicle outside of paying $29 for 3 days of support. Not gonna happen particularly since I still pay the $19/yr fee they used to charge for 25MB of storage (remember that?).
Yahoo answers indicates others have been having the same Error Code 1 and Error Code 2 problems. But nobody seems to be getting a decent response from Yahoo.
