Fortune Magazine rated Bellevue, WA as the top place to live and launch a business in the US. While I’d still rate San Francisco at the top, we tend to agree with the overall sentiment.

Sean, I’d like to convey to someone technical my thoughts on what to me are essential improvements for the 2.0 site. To summarize the use cases:
1. Add existing ancestry.com trees to my list of trees. These are trees not created on myfamily.com. Should be a link, not the tree itself.
2. Most important: Download and upload media when the tree is downloaded or uploaded.
To me, the site does not meet minimum requirements without supporting these scenarios.
I can provide both short and long term technical designs for each of these use cases. If you don’t have the resources or skills in house, I can do the development as well.
So, how do I communicate with the technical decision-makers?
